Privacy &
Cookies.

Clear information about the limited personal data processed by this website, its contact form and optional visit analytics.

01_controller

The data controller is Enrico Dente, Italy. Privacy enquiries and requests can be submitted through the website contact form.

This notice applies to enricodente.com. It does not apply to third-party websites linked from the portfolio or social profiles.

02_hosting

The website is hosted in Italy on infrastructure operated by Aruba S.p.A. The hosting provider may process standard technical and security logs such as IP address, request time, requested resource, browser information and response status.

These data are processed to deliver and secure the website, based on the controller's legitimate interest in operating a reliable service and any applicable legal obligations. Log retention is determined by the hosting provider's security and legal requirements.

03_contact_form

The contact form requests only full name, email address and message. The data are used exclusively to receive, assess and reply to the enquiry and, where relevant, to take steps requested before a professional engagement.

Submissions are sent directly from the browser to Web3Forms, which processes the request and forwards it by email. No website database or CRM is used. Web3Forms operates infrastructure in the United States and may process technical logs according to its current service terms and privacy documentation.

The applicable legal bases are steps taken at the visitor's request and the controller's legitimate interest in responding to professional enquiries. Messages received by email are kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage any subsequent professional relationship and meet applicable legal obligations.

Further information: Web3Forms privacy FAQ and Web3Forms privacy policy.

04_analytics

Google Analytics 4 is used only after the visitor selects “allow analytics”. Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics are not loaded before consent.

When enabled, analytics may process page views, interactions, referral source, device and browser information, approximate location and online identifiers. The purpose is to understand aggregate website usage and improve its effectiveness. No advertising or remarketing purpose is enabled by this website.

The legal basis is consent. Google may process data outside the European Economic Area under its applicable transfer safeguards. Analytics event-level retention is configured for 14 months; aggregate reports may remain available for longer.

Further information: Google Privacy Policy and Google Analytics cookie information.

05_storage

  • ed_analytics_consent: first-party Local Storage value used to remember the analytics choice for 180 days.
  • _ga and _ga_*: first-party Google Analytics cookies created only after consent, normally retained for up to two years unless the Analytics configuration shortens that period.

The analytics choice can be changed at any time. Selecting the button below removes the saved choice and returns to the website, where the consent controls will be shown again.

06_rights

Where the GDPR applies, visitors may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of their personal data, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent without affecting previous lawful processing.

Visitors also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, including the Italian Data Protection Authority.

07_decisions

The website does not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. Contact-form data are not used for mailing lists or unsolicited marketing.

08_updates

This notice may be updated when the website, service providers or legal requirements change. Material changes will be reflected in the revision date below.
